Original Toronto Star caption: Queen St. development site on which their winning proposal for a $50 million hotel-shopping-entertainment complex will rise; is inspected by developer David Dennis (left) and lawyer Robert Macaulay; Development plan they submitted through Third Generation Realty Ltd. was picked by Board of Control yesterday over only other competing plan; but is must still be ratified by City Council. It calls for 1;400-room hotel with twin 50-storey spires at Queen and York Sts.
