Bruno Arnold; president of Alfa Group; a consortium development companies; inspects model of 1;500-dominium housed in four high-rise towers; one of them 55 storeys tall; that will be built on the site of the former Palace Pier dance hall; destroyed by fire in 1962. The project will cost $30 to $40 million. [Incomplete]
