Original Toronto Star caption: A homeowner holds out. Lone House crouches on Parliament St. before highrise St. James Town; guarded by owner who's turned down $45,000 for it. Family of Lucio Casaccio has lived at 600 Parliament more than 50 years; his father was tailor in the street-floor shop as he is now. Public lane next to it must be kept open as long as Casaccio owns the 20-foot-wide property. He is suing Howard Investments for more than $100,000, charging trespass.
