Original Toronto Star caption: Things have changed around the corner at King and Berkeley Sts. A group of friends - including architect Joan Burt; above - got together and decided to renovate this row of tenements. They also spent $100;000 fixing up a store around the corner. It now has double mezzanine; showrooms; offices.
