Original Toronto Star caption: Toronto's Skyline changes. A Union Jack was flown from the top of the chimney of the new heating plant of the Toronto Terminal Railways yesterday. The smokestack; which is 232 feet high makes a striking addition to the skyline of the city; and is the tallest in this province. The new heating plant will have two of these smokestacks; and heat will be supplied to the Union Station; the Royal York Hotel (in the background); the new Canadian National Express building; and other structures which will be built in the near future.
