Original Toronto Star caption: Riverdale Station to be replaced. Owing to the construction of the viaduct, work on which in Riverdale is expected to start before the expiration of many weeks, a new station is proposed to take the place of the present structure just north of the Riverdale level crossing, which is to be eliminated by the construction of a subway at that point. The new station will be larger and modern in every particular, it is announced.
