Original Toronto Star caption: Award medal of honor. Above is shown (1) the fine Georgian residence of Gerald R. Larkin; 8 Elm Ave.; Toronto; designed by Messrs. George; Moorhouse and King; architects; which won the medal of honor at the exhibition of the work of the Ontario Association of Architects' Toronto chapter; now on view in the Toronto Art Galleries. (2) is Allan George; of the winning firm; who is also president of the association. (3) is Lt.-Col. W. Moorhouse of Oakville; another member; and (4) Cecil King; the third partner. The design of the interior of the building was also mentioned in the honor list.
