Original Toronto Star caption: Old Margaret Eaton school passes. Above is a photograph of the old Margaret Eaton School of Literature and Expression, which has been sold for $62,500. William Elmore, real estate broker, Yonge street, negotiated the transaction, and the vendor is W. C. MacNeill. It is planned to remodel the building as a modern store premises. The identity of the purchasers is not disclosed. Building on the right is probably Little Shop Round the Corner books, Bay Street near the southwest corner of Bloor Street West.
