Edwards; right; of Gilder Dr. in Scarborough; was charged with public mischief after painting a crosswalk for his children to get to Glen Ravine school. Yesterday as he was out guiding children across street. Alderman Fred Bland invited him to send delegation to works committee meeting next week.
