Original Toronto Star caption: It's a blast. No; it's not a character dropped on to Queen's Quay from an old science fiction movie; it's George gill of Torno Engineering sprucing up a section of the Harbourfront Rapid Transit Line. the suit and mask with breathing filter can get warm; but protects Gill as he sprays fine sand under high pressure at the concrete portal where the underground Bay St. line emerges to Queen's Quay. The blasting removes markings and blobs of cement.
