Original Toronto Star caption: With Christmas so close The Star Santa Claus Fund warehouse on Richmond St. W. is a beehive of activity as workers pack boxes for distribution to underprivileged children. Tons of candy and biscuits and warm woollen clothing are being handled. More important; so are bright and interesting toys for boys and girls. This year's target is 20;000 boxes. So far more than half that number have been filled but contribution are still needed to reach goal.
