Original Toronto Star caption: It was no holds barred - almost - at last night's roast for the retiring chairman of the Metro Police Commission, C.O. Bick. At the reception for head table guests before dinner, retired wrestler Athol Layton puts a sleeper hold on Bick to amusement of retired Metro police chief James Mackey. About 1,000 people turned out to commemorate Bick's 21 years in office. His gifts included a new car, golf clubs and a Mickey Mouse golf ball.
