Original Toronto Star caption: The parents of an 18-year-old Oakville youth shot to death by his best friend in the home of an OPP officer last summer have decided to sue the force and its deputy commissioner for $700,000 in punitive damages. Lee Bickerstaff died last August of a single gunshot wound to the head. He was killed in the home of OPP Deputy Commissioner Peter Campbell with Campbell's .38-calibre service revolver. [Incomplete]
