Alberta Gas Trunk belongs to 26-company consortium, Canadian Arctic Gas Study, which plans $5.7 billion pipeline to carry Alaskan as well as Canadian gas. But Blair unweiled proposal to build smaller pipeline, designed only for Canadian gas.
