Original Toronto Star caption: They all love Toronto so these three wear their What ever happened to love? buttons proudly. Syd Brown, president of the Metro Toronto Police Association, is with the originators of the button idea, Louise Levy, left, and Judy Schrage, two working mothers concerned about the quality of life in Toronto. They had 1,000 buttons made, at a cost of $200 to themselves, and distributed them at the corner of Bloor and Yonge Sts. They chose Brown to receive first one because they consider him a super guy.
