Original Toronto Star caption: Still some punch left in George. It took 40-year-old George Chuvalo only 2 minutes and 24 seconds to put away 33-year-old Earl (Cowboy) McLeay last night at CNE Coliseum in what was booked as Canadian heavyweight boxing title match. It was Chuvalo's 94th professional bout in 21 years. He weighed in at 232 pounds to McLeay's 220 pounds; it was his second fight in 31/2 years. He said he was to receive to a $ 10,000 purse. Series of combination put McLeay through ropes.
