Original Toronto Star caption: From the time she hit town yesterday at 12.15 p.m., pop-singer Petula Clark covered more of Toronto than most natives see in a week. In her hasty departure from the airport, she forgot her mink coat which lay abandoned on the waiting-room floor (above) until a member of her party retrieved it. When she walked onto the O'Keefe Centre stage at 8.30 p.m. for the first of four weekend concerts, behind her lay three receptions, a rehearsal, a leisurely dinner-and our exhausted reporter.
