Original Toronto Star caption: While 30 stranded vacationers wait outside, travel agent Colin Cripps sits, dejected, in the Bank of Nova Scotia. He had promised refunds to the travellers on a first-come, first-serve basis but it was decided to freeze the travel agency's funds until Cripps' financial affairs are sorted out. Cripps offered a trip to the Canary Islands, including a bus trip to New York, the buses failed to show up.
