'don't wear jeans to a cocktail party, you must wear a tie.' I don't consciously go against it, because that's being radical for the sake of being radical. But in a consistent way, if I'm presenting myself as myself, I dress the way I feel comfortable, in jeans, boots and a sports jacket, occasionally a tie. My option is my tuxedo.
