London; May 12. - The Earl of Egmont was critically injured in an automobile accident today at Cadnam; New Forest. He succeeed to his title in 1931; after rancing for years in Alberta; Canada; The Earl of Egmont in 1929 was just F. J. T. Perceval; a widower; living as a farmer in Alberta with his 14-year-old son. He became tenth Earl of Egmont following the death of the ninth earl. He is the great-great-grandson of the second Earl of Egmont. Perceval's father; before becoming an earl; was a policeman in Durban; South African. The present earl came into a million dollar estate with a seat in the House of Lords.
