It's not genrally known; but Igor Stravinsky dedicated his Circus Polka - featured on the program of Saturday's Toronto Symphony Young People's Concert - to his favorite elephat. That's why the piano duo of Adrienne Shannon (left) and Jane Coop; and conductor Victor Feldbrill; and warming up for Saturday's concert; entitled Animals In Music; for an appreciative audience at the Metro Zoo. They'll also play Saint-Saens' Carnival of the Animals. The Concert takes place at Massey Hall; 178 Victoria St.; starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $ 2.75. Call 363-7301
