Original Toronto Star caption: Elected Mayor of Etobicoke for second time in four months; Dennis Flynn has his arms upraised in victory by jubilant campaign workers last night in his headquarters. Elected by 29 per cent of the voters in December; Flynn held office for 24 days; then a new election was ordered on the grounds he was employed by the city of Toronto when nominated and elected. In the special election yesterday; which cost $75;000; he took 49;350 votes to 4;176 for his opponent.
