Original Toronto Star caption: One of those nights: Usually surehanded Blue Jays shortstop Tony Fernandez lunges unsuccessfully for the ball last night in a game that the Jays were hardly in at any point and which was won by the Chicago White Sox; 5-0. Starter Joe Johnson failed to get a batter out in the second and was yanked as the Sox erupted for four runs and Richard Dotson became his team's first 10 game winner. It was only the second loss for Jays in their last 12 games.
