Original Toronto Star caption: Kenora Policemen-Sgt. Robert Letain (left) and Constable Donald Milliard-examine pants Milliard was wearing when a bank robber was blown up by sticks of dynamite strapped to his body. A coroner's jury ruled yesterday that Letain was justified in shooting the robber; who held in his teeth a deadman's switch connected to the dynamite. Milliard was walking in front of the robber to a truck.
