The body of 9-month-old John Massie was found on the banks of the Credit River after the baby was thrown from the Queen Elizabeth Way bridge (left) early Sunday morning. James Wilson Brown; a 37-year-old maintenance man; who lives in townhouse 32 (above left) has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the case. The Massie baby lived with his parents in townhouse 33 (above right) and was stolen from his crib during the night while his parents were at a townhouse complex get acquainted party.
