Hall buys Gould's piano

Original Toronto Star caption: Hall buys Gould's piano: Roy Thomson Hall yesterday purchased the Yamaha concert grand piano which belonged to the late pianist Glenn Gould and was used in his last four recordings for CBS Records. His father Bert and stepmother Vera Gould were on hand for the ceremony. Gould died Oct. 4, 1982. Hall will encourage piano's use by visiting artists. Sum was not disclosed.
