Original Toronto Star caption: Underdog challenger: Canadian Clyde Gray, 30, ranked sixth among welterweights by World Boxing Association, works out in preparation for tonight's WBA title fight against Jose Cuevas in Los Angeles. He lost title match to Jose Napoles, like, Cuevas a resident of Mexico, and to Puerto Rico's Angel Espada. Gray recently lost Canadian title to Venezuelan-born Montrealer Guerrero Chavez. Bout will be telecast on channel 9 following 11 p.m. news.
