Original Toronto Star caption: Profit was higher in 1976 for Harding Carpets, and chairman C. Malim Harding (left) expects another gain this year. With him at yesterday's annual meeting is company president Albert Davidson. Harding said he'd like to see anti-inflation controls maintained ''until we have some assurance that labor costs will stop escalating beyond the capacity of our economy to maintain them.''
