Original Toronto Star caption: Seal breathing holes are pointed out to Tom and Mary Harpur by Rev. Jonas Alloolloo at Broughton Island. About 400 Inuits and 17 whites live in this tiny settlement 60 miles inside Arctic Circle. It's called ''seal capital of the Northwest Territories.'' Only seal pelts?apart from stone and ivory carving?support community's economy, the Harpurs found.
