Original Toronto Star caption: A wedding in parka: For months Palook and Pauloosie had been waiting for this moment. The Rev. Brian Burrows had been trying to visit the camp on Allen Island for more than a year. It was the first wedding ever held on the outpost 1,500 miles from the North Pole. But the patient Inuit are used to waiting and the ceremony, though simple and short, was well worth waiting for.
