Original Toronto Star caption: An architect-designed showplace mansion in French provincial style, built 22 years ago on Heath St., at Avenue Rd., is under wrecker's hammer to make way for luxury condomonium tower. Three other adjoining houses also are being torn down. The view, above, shows rear of building with swimming pool and screening trees.
