Original Toronto Star caption: C.C.F. Leader meets woman worker. Mrs. Annie Sissons, prominent C.C.F. worker from St. Paul's riding discusses the agenda with Federal leader J. S. Woodsworth, M.P., at the special convention of the party meeting in the King Edward hotel to-day. Since the recent upheaval within the party created by the secession of the U.F.O., uncertainty has prevailed amongst party members as to just what the party organization is. The convention has been assembled primarily to deal with setting up a more solid and controllable organization.
