Original Toronto Star caption: The island: A biker's paradise that can be reached by ferry every weekday, but not on the weekend when bikes are not permitted on the ferries. But you can rent bikes there, even on Saturdays and Sundays. The Star's 100-mile tour of Metro includes a 10-mile trip around Island, starting and ending with Hanlan's Point.
