Harold Heer, a 24-year-old pole-vaulter from British Columbia was under considerable exposure yesterday while having his thigh muscles massaged at the Canadian Village site of the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton. Suddenly, a beaming Iona Campagnolo, Canada's 45-year-old minister of fitness and amateur sport, came through the door. Towels were pulled quickly over reclining athletes. Mrs. Campagnolo (right) tells Heer she came to boost Canadian Morale.
