Although the parade had all the standards hoopla of marching bands and floats, the majority of Montrealers this year have been blase about Grey Cup festivities. Even major hotels report a lack of the usual football fever hijinx, and few have bothered to hide their breakables. Out-of-towners looking for wild times have had to settle for a few quiet drinks in the local bistros.
