There probably was a much easier way of catching this low-flying Frisbee but then Helen Wolinski, 20, isn't your average Frisbee player. She was practising yesterday at Nathan Phillips Square for the Canadian Frisbee Championships, which are being held this weekend at the Toronto Islands. She did catch it, of course.
