Original Toronto Star caption: Finnish goaltender Jorma Valtonen watches from seats at yesterday's Maple Leaf training session. He and two other Finns took part in scrimmage for first time and performed well. Valtonen, 25, displayed quick moves and a good hand. Other Finns, forwards Juhani Tamminen and Lauri Mononen, return home next week.
