Famed British sculptor Henry Moore, 73, says hello to 11-month-old Rebecca Vile and her mother, Mrs. Jeffrey Vile, at the Art Gallery of Ontario today. Moore is in Toronto to accept an honorary degree from York University. Moore, whose once-controversial sculpture, The Archer, now stands in Nathan Philips Square at City Hall, is donating about $10 million worth of his work to the art gallery
