Original Toronto Star caption: A Rocky road to relaxation. Picking his way gingerly across a bed of stones at Harborfront Park as a path to fitness, Edward Miskiman, chief executive of the waterfront development, gets encouragement from Ann Juhas, who directs the program. Called reflexology, the barefoot walk on different-sized stones a supposed to relax body muscles. Miskiman said he didn't notice much difference, but he was a bit cooler after shedding shoes.
