Painful theft

Original Toronto Star caption: Painful theft: The throw to third sacker Rance Mulliniks comes in too late to catch New York's fleet Rickey Henderson for his second stolen base of the first inning. The theft was costly in more ways than one. Henderson scored on a subsequent Bobby Meacham double and Mulliniks suffered what Jays called a mild to moderate sprain of the ligaments in his left knee in the collision.
