Original Toronto Star caption: The price of election defeat for former garbage union boss William Overkott, 60, was return to his old job today as $120-a-week garbage truck helper. Overkott was voted out of his $10,000-a-year union post last November and his term of office officially ended on January 15. The new union president, Russell Doyle, said it was a crime that at his age he has to go back and slug garbage.
