Original Toronto Star caption: Mike gets an anti-bomb tract. A ban-the-bomb picket hands Liberal Leader Lester Pearson a pamphlet as he leaves WoodGreen United Church with his wife Saturday after a coffee party. Mr. Pearson had said Canada should accept nuclear warheads. Mrs. Pearson defended his statement, saying it in no way conflicts with her support of the Voice of Women, which opposes nuclear arms.
