Original Toronto Star caption: Everything came up roses last night for Liberal Mitchell Sharp who won a runaway victory in Eglinton. That big yellow rose between his teeth was presented later to skiing star Nancy Greene who attended his mammoth victory party at North Toronto Memorial Arena. I'm glad to meet a celebrity, Sharp said gallantly. Nancy was on her way to Montreal for a water-skiing exhibition at Man and His World. Brother-in-law Gerald Bilodeau worked for Sharp.
