A reassuring calm is one of the tools of the trade for Ted Curtis, Ontario mortgage supervisor for IAC Ltd, Curtis is the new president of the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association, which has proposed a mechanism wherby mortgages could be bought and sold as securities in a manner similar to stock and bond trading.
