Outside. Lineman Norm Olan was planning to have a quiet dinner Sunday. But an 'emergency' telephone call abruptly changed his plans. Instead he spent the next 23 hours shinning up and down icy power lines in freezing rain. It didn't take Olan long to see that the so called emergency was, in fact, a disaster.
