Descriptive catalogue of a consignment of valuable engravings, lithographs, maps, charts, &c., mounted on strainers or rollers, also a large number of philosophical instruments, suitable for engineers, surveyors, medical, and other professional men, schools, collegiate institutions, &c., consisting of instruments for surveying, microscopes, magic lanterns, electrical, galvanic and other apparatus, philosophical toys, globes, &c. To be sold by auction, on Thursday, 21st of March, 1867, and following day. The articles will be arranged for examination at Mr. Shaw's stores, 97 Great St. James Street, Montreal, three days previous to the sale, where intending purchasers can examine the collection. Sale each day from 7 to 10 p.m. in order of the catalogue. Gentlemen unable to attend the sale can have their orders faithfully attended to by the auctioneer. Henry J. Shaw
