NOTABLE GATHERING OF CANADIAN ARTISTS AT THE GRANGE, TORONTO. Opening of Art Museum, 4th April, 1918.
The first complete section of galleries to be erected upon the grounds bequeathed to the Art Museum by Mrs. Goldwin Smith and her husband was opened by Sir Edmund Walker, C.V.O. Standing (left to right): Herbert Palmer, Fred Haines, E. Maxwell, Capt. E. Fosbery, F. M. Bell-Smith, C. Jefferys, E. Dyonnet, Homer Watson, F. Challener, Wm. Cutts, Robert Holmes, Owen Staples, C. M. Manly (in rear), T. Greene, S. Allward. Sitting (left to right): McGillivray Knowles, G. A. Reid, T. Martin, Miss Mary Wrinch, Mrs. G. Spurr Cutts, E. Wyly Grier, R. F. Gagen, Horatio Walker.
