Lot 10, Con. 3 East. Donalda Clubhouse, formerly David Dunlap's home, seen from the west side. The house was a summer home built by Dunlap on the former Gray Mill property, which he purchased in 1914. He converted the land into a model dairy farm and named it Donalda for his wife. The property was sold to Don Mills Development Company in 1952, and was eventually developed into a country club that opened in 1960. Donalda Club currently offers facilities for golf, curling, squash, tennis, and swimming. The summer home continues to serve as clubhouse.
