Lot 9, Con. 1 West. Yonge St. York Springs Bottling plant. View north on Yonge Street. The main building was destroyed in a massive fire in 1931 that took a full day to subdue and sent several fire fighters to hospital. The owner at the time of the fire was O'Keefe's Brewery. On back of original post card in 1911: ''This was taken before the summer came in - it is a mass of trees up here now. This is a continuation of Yonge Street - the shop on the left is York Springs and about a mile past where you can see up the street is Colemans. Of course this photo is nearly three miles past Davisville but we never look on distance. Cars are so handy and cheap it is part of your business to ride to work.''
