Original Toronto Star caption: Five-car garage perches precariously on the edge of a 100-foot gorge caused by last night's landslide that dumped mud and trees on to Mt. Pleasant Rd. just north of Roxborough Dr. Three persons were riding in a car hit by the unexpected slide. Three families were evacuated from the triplex next to the garage. Pilings are being driven today to prevent more slides. Highland Ave. is a top of this aerial photo.
